Simple Voice Call

  • Its a basic voice calling method where call will be disconnected after caller listening by customer.
  • Select Voice file- Retry Attempts - Duration between 1-to-other call if multipe retry - Ringer Time etc.
  • Excute - Its done

DTMF input

  • Need to Select the DTMF Extension which result to capture the extension pressed by customer.
  • Need to select the wait duration which will be time given the customer for pressing extension, after listening the sound on call.
  • All other points remain same as Standard voice call.
  • Execute - its done... 

Call Latching

  • Select the Extension under the "Latching Digit"
  • Mention the phone number under the Latching Number - Click on Add number
  • All other points remain same as Standard voice call.

  • Execute - its done... 


Custom Settings

  • Custom campaign is developed from backend team and choose the Voice call Template.
  • All other points remain same as Standard voice call.

  • Execute - its done...
