How to get the report of VoiceCalls
Find the report of all VoiceOBD Campaign's

Go to Report > Generate Report
⏩- Choose the Report Type (Multiple type Reports)
⏩- Select the File Name (Which use for marketing)
⏩- Select the Date (On which date marketing happens)
Submit the "Generate Report"
Note - Request Raised for report and Will be available on "Export Report"
Go to Export Report
Under the Action Column, Click on - Download
Excel File as Report is ready and available on your Computer Screen
Important Column Field -
Call Status - Failure/Success (Connected and Not Connected)
DTMF - In IVR Template, if asked to choosed the Extension(DTMF)
PhoneNo - Customer number (To whom call get dialed)
