Part 1 --> Login & Setup own account :-

Note :

For sending voice-call - Service Number, Approved voice is required
Voice Calls type are Promotional and Transactional
Voice Call 4 template types - Simple Voice Call, DTMF Call, Call Latching and Custom Setup.

Part 2 --> Upload the sound album

Step 1 - Click on Request - Sound Album

Step 2 - Choose/Upload the Sound (Wave format)

Step 3 - Create File name and choose the Recording for Voicecall Type

Step 4 - Save the File and wait for approval of Recording - Audio Library block

Part 3 --> Send voice Call as Campaign

Step 1 - Select the Service Number

Step 2 - Choose the Voice Template based on need as experience

- Simple Voice Call is a voice call be listen by caller and call

get disconnected.

- DTMF Input is a call where caller can press the extension

while listen the call

- Call Latching is a call where call can be transferred to agent

based on extension push or after the call picking only.

- Custom is a voice call setup which will be design based

on need

Step 3 - Choose/upload the data to whome you send the call.

Step 4 - Select the Voice Call type promotional/ transactional and name of

campaign.

Step 5 - Do the API setting if required (optional)

Step 6 - Choose the Voice Call & Select file

Step 7 - Select the Retry Attempts & Choosed duration between 1-to-other

call - (if call not connected than call will be dialed again)

Step 8 - Select the Ringer Time as Maximum is 30 and 0 is a idle option.

Step 9 - Schedule the Campaign time - Now or later & Campaign end time

Step 10 - Test call can be scheduled for voicecall before sending voice

campaign

Step 11 - Exceute the Campaign - its done...

Part 4 --> Campaign Report

Step 1 - Campaign > My Campaign > Double click on campaign Raw.

Step 2 - For Report Genaration, Click on Genarate Report & choose the

report type and Data Type

Step 3 - Genarated Report can be exported from Downlaod button
