map agent for dierct call forwarding method

You can map ACTIVE agent to the extsnions. No limit to map the agent for call forwarding but agent creation has the limit based on subscription plan.
Call forwarding has the option to set the priority sequence for mapped agent to receive the call based on need.
Map the agent with extensions :-
Step 1 > Click on Account DID
Step 2 > Click on Map
Step 3 > Select the agent from list (Multiple agent can be selected

Set priority sequence of agent :-
Step 1 > Click on Edit Priority
Step 2 > Put the priority in agent list
Step 3 > Update Priority
Note -
- Priority can be set 1 to 9
- its works extesnsion wise
