Total Calls - Its showing the number of total calls from when the account is get activated (Clickable to see the call details)
Received Calls - Its showing the number of picked(received) Calls by users from when the account get activated (Clickable to see the call details)
Missed Calls - Shows the number of total missed calls from when the account get activated (Clickable to see the call details)
Voice Calls - Shows the number of voice calls (when caller record his voice incase of call non-picked by agent for so-long)
Call Statistics Pie-Chart - Its showing last 7 days call flow - Day wise also
Calls/SMS Credit - In Header of panel, available credits of Call and SMS are visible - its auto reduced based on real-time consumption. By Menu- Logout can be performed.
