Calling Page 1 > Name and query details can be updated by Subscriber/ User and it will be visible under the excel download also.
Calling Page 2 > Call forwarding flow can be tracked here - as IVR try to connect the incoming call to mapped users 1 by 1 or choose calling type. (List of dialing visible on Pop-Ups). Call duration of incoming call and consumed pulse get also tracked.
Calling Page 3 > Call Recording can be played or downloaded individually.
Calling Page 4 > Advance Search will filter the calls based on various type.
Calling Page 5 > Download the call details in CSV format.
