Dashboard - it gives the report of Total Calls, Incoming Calls, Missed Calls, Voice Calls. Also last 7 days calls flow in pie-chart model. Available Call and SMS credits visible on header. 


Call Report - You can see the call details overall with recording.

 

Old Call Report - If call volume is high than older call records shifted to page for smooth working.


Create Account - User can be created for receiving and outgoing calls


View Account - Create User can be activated for Active in IVR.


Account DID - Setup of IVR flow as routing type, Call forwarding type, SMS and user mapping.


Account Settings - Updating of Tone Setting(welcome Script), SMS content and office working hours 


Report - Specific calls details can be fetched-out from here.


Blacklist - Number can be blocked incase of call receiving.
