Blacklisiting is a feature which helps "Subscriber" to stop received the call from specific number on IVR.
How to blacklist the number :-
> Enter the Numbers in box which need to be blacklisted
> Put the reason of blacklisting
> View the list of blacklisted number in block of "Blacklist Numbers"
How to remove the blacklisting :-
> Under the "blacklist numbers" notify the number
> Click on "X" under column of "Action" to remove the blacklisting on IVR
