Account DID setup is mainly for selection of routing type, Call forwarding type, SMS acknowledgment of Caller/ User and mapping of users based on Call routing.  


Screen 1 > Initially Setup will be given by provider but subscriber can do changes based on requirement. 

# Routing type is how IVR will be get played/react when caller called on the number, as there is 5 type of services which is available in package but can be run single at a time on 1 number. Details as below.


1) Direct Routing - Its a type of routing where call will be forwarded directly to mapped agents in IVR. 


2) Missed Routing - Its a type of IVR wherein Welcome message will be played and call get disconnected - No forwarding will be applicable.


3) DTMF Routing - Its a type of IVR wherein "Caller" will choose the extension based on requirement and it will forward the call to desire mapped agent. 


4) DTMF Missed Routing - Its a type of IVR wherein Caller choose the extension based on requirement and call get diconnected - No forwarding will be applicable.


5) Special Missed Routing - Its a type of IVR wherein call will disconnected on 3 rings - No Welcome message and call forwarding.


# Calling type is how the call forwarding will be placed to mapped users. again its 6 type which is below:

1) Sequential - Call will be forward to mapped agent. Incase of ringed agent will not connect than moved to another mapped agent. (Sticky agent applicable automatically)


2) DTMF Priority - Call forwarded to mapped agent based on setted priority in Extension base mapping. (Sticky agent applicable automatically)


3) Direct Priority - Call forwarded to mapped agent based on mapping. (Sticky agent applicable automatically)


4) Non-Sticky - Call forwarded to mapped agent randomly.


5) Parallel - Call will be ranged to all agents for forwarding. (Sticky agent applicable automatically)


6) Hard Sticky - Call will be forwarded to specific agent as sticky.


# SMS Type can be settled based on required for caller/ user.




Screen 2 > We can map the users based on routing type - Direct/ DTMF.  User can be edited as priority or deleted from mapping.
